This thread will serve as the Q & A for the Legion of Angels website, concept, and art project that is going on at Deviant Art.

I will edit this thread or respond to it with answers from questions on this site and off.

This thread will be edited in the next hour or two to those who view it with answers to many questions that have been asked. Check back within 24 hours if not before for the answers to your questions and if you are a member of this site feel free to ask anything that you want here of the Concept or Artwork. How the forum works is not questions to be asked in this thread!

The Angel does not need to set the bow/arrow like a human does, she shoots those arrows on a regular basis, so I'd imagine over eternity, she's gotten to be a pretty good shot.

Can someone help me out with something here?

I'm confused.

In no way am I making a complaint in anyway. I'm not an artist and so I'm very humble in asking anyone that reads this comment what there opinion is.

But I've heard the "pose" being the main issue in question, and it could be a cop out for us to say...it's an Angel so who cares, they can do what they want.

However of course I'd like them all to be graphically accurate. My issue also here is that I got a D in physics, but in thinking of the pose of the Angel..."theoretically" here, wouldn't those wings offer her more flexibility on the possibility of poses?

I mean we're looking through human eyes, and we know our own physics, but if we were humans with wings, what would our flexibility options or versatility on center of gravity be?

I can say for certain that small modifications to moving the leg a bit, or bending the knee might make the bow/arrow more PC, but I'm just confused at the same time, cuz I would think the wings would add more physics into the equation.

As far as bow/arrow, we certainly didn't want to make her look like she was struggling to use the bow, because why would a divine being be struggling to use a bow?

In short here on closing on the angel Alpha, the pose is irrelevant since the physics of an Angel are not the same as a human. Therefore without being Gumby she doesn't follow the same laws of physics that humans do and can even look bored or perhaps not aiming at targets when shooting her arrows of the heart, because she's done it forever so wouldn't it become easier naturally?

If that is still confusing, I shall try to explain.

The artist that Omega hired to create the artwork for the LoA website, Alexius, posts the artwork on Deviantart when it is finished and also gives Omega a copy. This way, lots of people will see it.

On Deviantart, people will often ask questions about the artwork, such as what it was created for. Omega has decided that we shall have a thread here on out forum where he can address each question, and he shall provide that link on Deviantart so that people can read the thread and be better informed.

This thread is solely to do with all artwork connected to our site. Questions can be asked on Deviantart and addressed here, or questions can also be asked in this thread, in regards to artwork.

Yeah I think I confused myself in what I stated. I tried to make it clear but I shouldn't have said "website" in the first part. I meant website as in it's purpose.

However since you have asked, and that is not a question for this thread, this is concept and artwork. I'm going to answer anyway, sometime within the next 6 months we will be further along on the shop. We have a bunch of decisions to make with that and we need one more angel done before we can set it up.

This isn't an attempt to advertise. This is an answer to questions that are asked by members on Deviant Art, and that way I don't have to respond to 1000 questions or comments, and instead simply say, question answered here and link them to this thread.

Aside from that the "link" to this thread or forum cannot be built in, inside the image on deviant art, he does post our website link in the description of the angel when they are released.
